Today our patient is a young man who is deeply convinced of the superiority over people, who is assured in his own necessary for people because of his own unique talents and advantages. Surrounding people exist only to satisfy requirements of this boy, and he graciously allows doing it. He is, first of all, he's desires and pleasure. Only them have value - all the rest - only the price. People for him - only tools of achievement of his own purposes, they are only mirrors in which its greatness is reflected. He in own way loves people but until they recognize his superiority. Thoughts, feelings and desires of others have no bit values so are not taken into consideration at all.

He aspires to only such relations with people. But the world and people do not wish to approve his superiority and greatness after all he is a formally adult person who in mental and social plan remains a small child. All his problems are obliged to solve, and always have been solved by associates. Therefore in a reality he is helpless and acutely feels the inferiority. He has a considerable quantity of superficial relations but deep and long contacts are absent, and it's very hard to live with that. Addiction for him is an attempt to leave the loneliness. But it aggravates a situation even more.
